County Stairlift Services is an established family run business started 20 years ago by Richard and Gillian Suff. For the past nine years County Stairlift Services has been under the management of John and Pauline Austin and son Paul. With the support of nephew Glenn Read, Frank Drake, Paul Farr and office manager Debbi Worthington.

John and Paul oversee all aspects of the day to day running of the company and John carries out the main majority of the surveys.

Paul and Frank oversee the main majority of the installations and any breakdowns that may occur, also servicing, modernisation and repairs.

Glenn carries out servicing and ant technical breakdowns that may occur. Paul Farr carries out servicing

Pauline is the company secretary and oversees the accounts and customer relations.

Debbi is our office manager and oversees the day to day running of the office.

All our engineers are experienced and can carry out all aspects of the job.

We pride ourselves in giving personal attention and detail at all times to all of our customers meeting their requirements, using the engineering experience gained by John, Paul, Glenn and Paul Farr over the past 28 years.

We do not employ salesmen who tend to pressurise less able and elderly people. We just give our honest opinion on the type of stairlift required for the individual needs and to suit their budget.
